A selection of typical dishes made following ancient recipes and carefully conceived "selecting the best raw materials and, as far as possible, considering the Km 0 philosophy as the only way forward from today to the future". This is what characterises the Osteria Palazan Restaurant at Hotel Cles, located in the main square of the municipality of the same name. Under the guidance of chef Leonardo, the restaurant – which has a garden for outdoor meals and moments of relaxation – offers tasty dishes and special creations designed to enhance the goodness of Val di Non apples, one of the symbolic products of the area.
