A small tavern located in the baroque village of Ala, the velvet town, famous in the eighteenth century for the production of silk velvets.
You are immersed in the historic centre of one of the most beautiful villages in all of Trentino, guest of a cozy family-run historic inn that will surprise you with the dishes of the local tradition. The menu reflects the local products, raw materials that are always fresh and zero-kilometre: delicious appetisers, first of all savoury meat with potato cake and sweet and sour onions, vegetarian first and second courses, meat or fish and delicious homemade desserts.
