Osteria Ca' dei Giosi opened in 1995 as an agritourism. After a quarter of a century, the philosophy behind its catering offer is still the same: bringing traditional Trentino dishes to the table, made with strictly local raw materials. To transform them into tasty dishes capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates, the hands of Ornella and Ferdinando masterfully think of them. Some examples? Homemade pasta with mushrooms, nettle sautéed with game sauce, Tyrolean dumplings, barley, polenta dumplings with deer sauce. Among the main dishes: baked shank, Tonco del Pontesel, Tosella, deer meatballs with aromatic herbs blended with grappa. And among the desserts, strudel and apple pie are inevitable.
