Loto was founded in 1997 as a sandwich bar and bar and had two employees plus the owner. Over the years it has become more and more structured and enlarged, reaching what we see today. Our specialty is Italian food, but we are passionate about the United States and every now and then you will also find some great Yankee classics.
We like to look for ingredients and solutions to bring simple and valuable food to our customers, without complications and elaborations, just as happens in the kitchens of Italian mothers, and recreate the climate of simplicity and usability of American diners.
Our mission is to offer our customers high quality food, without "boring" them, in a simple and friendly way so that the experience of the "trattoria" is combined with good food.
