Locanda al Minatore
The Locanda al Minatore is a historic restaurant in Faedo (a hamlet of San Michele all 'Adige) and is located in a typical and elegant envelope, near the Church of Sant'Agata.
Our restaurant is small, but very welcoming thanks to the many wooden details, ideal for a romantic evening or with friends.
The chef and owner, Daniele Tasin, offers innovative dishes with fresh and local ingredients. In the wine list, there is the best selection of wines and grappas from the farms of the territory of San Michele all 'Adige and the Piana Rotaliana Königsberg.
Winegrowers often visit the restaurant for "dinners with tasting", excellent if you want to get closer to the wine and know in person who produces it.
The restaurant also offers bar service every day except Tuesdays.
