Our guests call us a "lantern" for good food and we are very proud of it. At Maso Bortolon, we cook simple dishes, to be enjoyed in the wooden stubes.
We have called our appetizer "the chopping block of friendship" because it tests even the most lasting relationships.
And if you really can't give up your Sunday pizza, here we cook it in the wood-fired oven: good and light.
