L Chimpl da Tamion
It has held a Michelin star for several years. A well-deserved recognition that rewards the innate culinary qualities, the study of raw materials and innovation at the stove of Stefano Ghetta, the patron chef at the helm of the L Chimpl restaurant.
The restaurant, with its independent entrance but attached to the Hotel Gran Mugon, stands out for its elegant Ladin-style furniture with contemporary notes and a veranda that allows those sitting at the table to admire the beautiful landscape that can be enjoyed from the small hamlet of Tamion, just a few kilometres from Vigo. The dishes are meticulously prepared both in the preparation, which offers combinations of surprising flavours, and in the composition with an artistic twist: the result is always excellent. The menu, with clear references to the local tradition expertly interpreted by the chef, also includes fish specialities, vegan, vegetarian and celiac dishes, as well as recipes designed specifically for children. The wine list favours regional wines and craft beers. Reservations are always welcome at the restaurant (which, upon request, accepts pets inside).
