Ja Vito is one of the places of reference of Soraga, on the main road, in front of the parish church.
Recently renovated indoors and made in a typical Ladin style, Katia and her girls welcome you, while the kitchen is the kingdom of her husband Leonardo, a chef with years of experience in high-end restaurants. The restaurant is open from the first morning as a bar. The menu praises the Trentino tradition with dishes of substance, with strong tastes, well presented and generous in the portions. During the week, at noon, it is necessary to wait for the second shift, since it is a fixed stop for business lunches. At dinner, Leo's creative flair brings out truly refined, gourmet-inspired "out-of-menu" proposals, particularly appreciated by Ja Vito's fans.
