Our restaurant, also open to those who do not stay at the Hotel Drago, offers traditional Trentino menus and homemade cuisine, which also includes Italian flavours.
Every season we bring its particular flavours to the table, from mushrooms to truffles, pumpkin to polenta, canederli to potato cake and game.
A profusion of flavours that enrich lunches and dinners, accompanied by local wines such as Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Merlot and the sublime Teroldego, or by Spumante and, to conclude, a wide selection of Grappas.
In summer the restaurant is air-conditioned and connected to the outdoor garden.
It is also easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the motorway exit, the railway, the Trento-Malè railway, the state railway and the cycle paths.
