You could very well call it a boutique for the refined and elegant environment in modern alpine style, whose furnishings have been made by several local artisans. The attention to detail and decorative elements is really meticulous (you can even buy them!). Historical giants take us back in time, to the advent of skiing in the valley. To welcome you, the young staff will accompany you at all times of the day, from breakfast to the evening drink. At the table, the watchword is quality, thanks to a grilled kitchen brigade that, knowing the territory very well, enhances local products with a pinch of creativity. Desserts, ice cream, pasta and bread are all homemade. The best table? Book the outdoor table with a bonfire in the middle on cold days.
