Ristorante Pizzeria Antiche Contrade is strategically located only a few minutes from Levico Terme with the advantage of being between Lake Caldonazzo and a few steps from the historic centre of Pergine. The interior can be spaced with a diversity of 6 rooms and in each one a different style. The Restaurant - Pizzeria and the Rooms are the result of years of experience of the Founders, Sandra and Nicola, who deal similarly with each sector, a small space is dedicated to the sweet corner of the Bellè, the Pastry-Lab which is taken care of by their son Matteo, finally the little Sofy seems to follow in the footsteps of her mother in the room, in short, inside you can find a microcosm followed step by step by each member of the Family.
The Kitchen offers traditional dishes, with a touch of Bellè that makes them unique. The Pizzeria offers a selection of 6 Doughs: Classic ( With 0 Stone-Ground Flour), Buckwheat, Spelt and Kamut Without Yeast, Young( Blend of Flours, Seeds and Fruits suitable for Diabetics), Trentino Hemp; all rigorously matured more than 48 hours for better digestibility. A very important space is dedicated to GLUTEN-FREE, practiced for 20 years now with AIC TRENTINO.
