Antica Rosa is located in the pedestrian centre of Fiera di Primiero, an area with a historic vaulted ceiling and rustic decor that warms up the atmosphere. A gastronomic proposal consisting of a selection of curated dishes: proposals of land, game and traditional first courses prepared at home following the season. Our passion has led us to personally follow the preparation of some cured meats such as salted meat or venison bresaola. A wide choice on the pizza menu, all characterized by a thin crunchy dough stuffed with fresh, local and homemade products.
