80 Voglia di Pizza di Danilo "pizzetta", located on the Rivetta di Pieve was founded in 2006. Imperatoria is its Pizza "with dried sourdough" leavened on average 60 hours produced with multiple flours carefully selected for years. Attento prefers "Km. 0" products and seeks quality and typical products even outside the Primierotti borders. The "pizzetta" likes to amaze by creating specialties that are the result of its own imagination, such as "Straccetti di Pizza Fritta", hand-drawn and made with Storo Flour derived from an indigenous wheat spotted in the Trentino area.
