Vivallis

The Vivallis brand embodies the peculiarities of this stretch of land in the Vallagarina valley, while its wines are made from the grapes conferred by the winegrowers' co-operative. Strengthened by its 100-year long history and hundreds of members, Vivallis has two wineries, one in Nogaredo and one in Calliano. From the very beginning Vivallis had to come to terms with TRENTODOC, because if you produce wine in Trentino you cannot help but also produce TRENTODOC Metodo Classico. This product however requires total commitment from grape pressing right through to the moment of triumph when the typical mushroom cork is finally inserted.
