In this beautiful geographical context is a family-run restaurant serving homemade dishes. The Vidi family - best represented by Igor, the chef - decided to focus on local Trentino traditions ... cured meat and casolet, carne salada, risottos (quite unforgettable the Teroldego one), polenta with a thyme-flavoured stew, alpine cheese seared on a hot plate, and grilled meat. Finally, the desserts, in tune with the flow of the seasons: we shall pick among them the wild berry semifreddo and the tarts. The wine tasting menus proposed by the chef include local wines from a good cellar hosting mainly regional labels.
