Situated at 1700 m a.s.l. in Prese, in the Lagorai magnificent alpine setting, the farmhouse inn is 10 km away from Roncegno, historic spa and resort. The family run business rears cattle and sheep and produces cheese, ricotta and tosela. It offers genuine Trentino traditional dishes.
The facility is run by the Zottele family, who for years has been welcoming its guests with the simplicity and richness of peasant traditions, and offers delicious caciotte flavoured with herbs and spices, tasty matured cheese and soft ricottas.
Educational trail: the educational farm run by the Zottele family from September to June will get you into the life of a mountain farm: you can get to know and stroke the farm's "guests", cows, sheep, rabbits, donkeys, horses......... chase chickens, geese and ducklings, breathing in the scent of hay and discovering the "magic" that turns milk into cheese. During summer, the cows are on high pastures at the Tenca mountain dairy and you can stay there, to watch the making of cheese and taste the farmhouse inn products.
All this may be of interest to schools (for educational purposes), to families who want to spend some lovely time at the farm and to parties of people who want to taste and enjoy genuine products.
