Located at the beginning of Val Rendena, the house was planned taking into account the construction canons typical of the area, fully respecting the beautiful surrounding landscape. The materials used were carefully selected according to the rules of green building.
The main product of our farmhouse is honey, the basis of many of our typical dishes, hence the name "Favo" (honeycomb.
Not far away from the farm's building, we also grow strawberries, another essential ingredient to prepare characteristic and mouth-watering dishes. And on our table you can often find freshly caught trout, a typical river fish we breed in our fish farm and cook in a variety of ways.
