mountain hut in Sèn Jan di Fassa
Beyond lies a succession of meadows, forests and majestic crags to explore with easy walks for the whole family, protected “Vie Ferrate” climbing routes for more excitement, and classic or modern climbs for all difficulty levels.
The Catinaccio – “Rosengarten” in German – is one of nine mountain groups with UNESCO World Heritage Site recognition of its landscape and geological value.
With easy access via a bus service from Pozza di Fassa, you can spend a few relaxing days far from cars and, in peace and tranquillity, enjoy a view that is the envy of all.
Being able go to sleep with views of the alpenglow forming a picture perfect sunset is priceless, not to mention being able to wake up and set straight off the next day.
In addition to overnight accommodation, the mountain hut offers a café and restaurant service, Wi-Fi in the public areas and a small library for rainy days.
