2275 SKI INSTRUCTORS

Over 2,500 Trentino instructors take care every year on the province’s slopes of apprentice skiers coming from all over the world, with attention and patience, providing  professionalism and safety. A “small army” that includes 2,122 instructors of downhill skiing, 169 of Nordic skiing and 400 of snowboarding, for a total of 2,557 attached to 36 schools widespread in the province’s ski resorts.

A beautiful but difficult profession, where the relationship with people and the territory has a truly central role. That of the “snow professional” is an important figure, especially for those who are starting out with skiing, but also for the more experienced skiers who are looking to perfect their technique.  Skiing with an instructor offers, moreover, the possibility of discovering the territory through different eyes, next to an expert who can “explain” the tracks, choose those best suited to one’s abilities and athletic skills, and advise about materials and tricks to be adopted to tackle different types of snow and weather conditions in full safety.
