Conditions
As an exception to the foregoing, cancellation is possible only in writing, subject to the conditions below. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.
The terms of cancellation are as follows:
within 30 days from the date of arrival : the amount paid as deposit will be returned.
from 29 to 15 days from the date of arrival : the deposit will be retained and given the opportunity for the customer to be able to stay in another period ( agreed with the hotel based on availability ).
From 15 days to the day of arrival: the hotel reserves the right to retain the deposit as a cancellation penalty with no possibility of recovery of the same.
In case the guest shows up a few days after the scheduled arrival date without giving proper notice, the hotel guarantees the availability of the room. The amount to be paid will still be the amount agreed upon at the time of booking and confirmation.

Arrival
Hotel Norge is located 1,450 meters above sea level just 18 kilometers from Trento.
Coming from the south: exit the TRENTO SUD highway. Immediately after the toll booth, take the ring road in the direction of Trento Centro/ Bolzano, then exit at Trento centro (exit 6) and at the traffic circle take the third exit following the sign for Monte Bondone (state road 45 bis in the direction of Riva del Garda).
After about 1 km, ignore a first sign on the left for Monte Bondone and continue straight on the state highway.
After another 3 km and passing a long tunnel, turn right in the direction of Monte Bondone -Sopramonte.
After passing the village of Sopramonte continue uphill for about 12 km (loc. Candriai, Vaneze).
When you reach the locality Norge (1400m), the Norge hotel is clearly visible on the left side of the road.
NB: the last gas station is in Sopramonte.
