Private apartment located in the picturesque hamlet of Sorte (1,254 m.) with panoramic views of Moena, whose center can be reached by car in less than 5 minutes (15 minute walk). The environment has three bedrooms (double / twin rooms), two bathrooms with shower, a full kitchen with dishwasher and separate dining area, a large living area with possibility to add two additional beds, a balcony and a laundry room equipped with a dryer, all distributed over an area of 120 square meters. We offer our guests free wireless internet access and two private parking spaces including one in the garage. By car you can reach in about 10 minutes both the lifts of Alpe di Lusia and those of Latemar/Pampeago, which are open in summer and in winter. During the winter you can also take the ski bus, which stops a few meters from the house. Nearby the apartment you can also take some simple walks, as well as more challenging hikes or mountain bike tours.

The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them. Cancellation is free if made within the 30th day before the arrival. From the 29th day preceding the arrival, a cancellation fee is applicable, equal to the amount of the deposit paid. The price includes: - final cleaning; - utilities (gas and electricity; heating in winter); - wi-fi connection; - 1 open air parking space, and 1 parking space in garage; - bed linen and towels. We accept pets of small size (to be agreed in advance upon request).
