The house is a two hundred years old Trentino farmhouse that has been completely renovated. The house is convenient to the town square, the supermarket and Lavarone lake. In the vicinity there are many paths for cycling or walking.

The apartment is located on the ground floor but has a balcony. It consists of a kitchenette, a living room, two bedrooms and a windowed bathroom. There are private parking and garden. Access is facilitated for elderly or disabled people. Animals are not accepted.

Conditions
To book you must contact the property by phone or email and a lease will be issued. The customer must give a 30% deposit and the balance on arrival. There is also a deposit of one hundred euros upon arrival which will be returned at the end of the stay. Duvets, pillows, dishes, pots, microwave oven, common washing machine, wifi to check mail or surf the internet are provided. The wifi network does not support playstations, 24-hour movies and smartworking. There is a television that takes local channels.

Arrival
You can get there from Trento, following the signs for Vicenza, going up to the Lavarone plateau. Or from the A4 Milan-Venice highway, take the Valdastico exit. Otherwise from the Brenner highway, you can take the Rovereto exit and go up to the plateau of Folgaria, Lavarone and Luserna.
