Soraga - Costalunga Pass - Moena - Soraga

This tour starts in Soraga and stretches up to Costalunga Pass, passing through the hamlets of Larcioné and Tamion. Long descent towards Moena and return along cycling and walking route.

From the centre of Soraga, follow the cycling and walking route towards Canazei up to the crossroads, on the left, with "Strada de Molin". At the roundabout, carefully cross the main road and take the country road that ascends to Agritur Soreie. Pass obliquely through the forest on a wide track, cross the wooden bridge over "Ruf de Valace" stream and continue pedalling uphill, with a well-distributed gradient. At the junction, turn left and reach the settlement of Larcioné (Vigo). At the covered fountain, turn left and shortly after go out into the meadows. The route cuts horizontally through the meadow coast and, past "Ruf de Pociole" stream, you’ll find a junction. Take a left on the path that, with a steep gradient, leads to a grassy plateau at the edge of the meadows downstream of Tamion. Climb rightwards up a forest road that is initially rather steep, but whose gradient gradually damps while approaching Tamion. From the right side joins the path coming from Valongia and shortly after you’ll reach the hamlet and its church. Take "Strada de Sora Pozat", go past Agritur Weiss, and enter the forest following trail sign no. 556. Slightly uphill, continue towards "Costa Bergousa". From here, the route becomes less demanding. Long, flat stretches alternate with short ramps and wide hairpin bends, allowing you to go down. Finally, you’ll reach the junction with path no. 519, coming from Moena and leading to Costalunga Pass. The long descent takes you towards Moena. Past Malga Roncac hut, follow "Strada de Roncac" > "Strada de Rancolin" > "Strada Saslonch" up to the junction with "Strada de Ischia". Here, take the cycling and walking route to the left and return to Soraga.
