A forest dirt road closed to traffic, leading gently downhill with a final uphill stretch.
The route starts at Rifugio Passo Lusia and runs along the forest road signposted no.623, offering wonderful views of the eastern Catena del Lagorai and the Pale di San Martino mountain ranges. The route comprises alternating stretches through clearings and woods of monumental spruce and Swiss pine. After crossing the small bridge, the road begins to climb along quite an uneven stretch over rocks.

Getting there

Malga Bocche is wheelchair accessible via a gravel ramp (20m) and two small steps up to the entrance. The toilet facilities are not wheelchair accessible.
