Casa della Fauna

Illustrating life in the Adamello-Brenta Nature Park through a sensorial journey in the Wildlife House.

Casa della Fauna

Housed in Daone, the Wildlife House Museum of the Adamello-Brenta Nature Reserve, features a number of different spaces, showcasing some of the most important species of local plants and wildlife. With its multimedia workstations and interactive games, the giocoparco helps further investigate the information illustrated through dioramas, panels and videos.
The Wildlife House was established in the recently refurbished historical building of Villa De Biasi. Its exhibition areas have been designed to promote the extraordinary variety of wildlife featured by the Park as well as its great environmental diversity. Here, deer and roe deer live side by side next to the brown bear, which is the symbol of the Park. At higher altitudes, chamois and ibex graze alongside marmots and white partridges, while majestic golden eagles and the rare lammergeyer float in the sky.
