Trentodoc sulle Dolomiti

"Trentodoc sulle Dolomiti" starts on 31st July in Val di Fassa. A summer event dedicated to the sparkling wine excellence of Trentino, which brings the mountain bubbles in the most exclusive places in Trentino. In the magic, wonderful atmosphere of the Dolomites of Fassa, some of the best local restaurants and historical lodgings will propose special events, particular menus and original cooking creations, thought to spread and exalt the features of the mountain classic method sparkling wine.

20 local realities have taken part to the initiative and will take charge of "ambassadors" of the territory, along an original and exclusive wine and food track, articulate in four different formats: "Trentodoc aperitif" (L’aperitivo Trentodoc), "Starry menus" (I menù stellati), "The menu of the territory" (I menù del territorio), and "Unusual coupling" (Gli abbinamenti insoliti). The event involves the whole valley, from Moena to Vigo di Fassa, from Pozza to Canazei, in a unique mix of music, cuisine, chatters, stories and bubbles, to discover the fifty houses from Trentino producing sparkling wine.
