A pleasant jog interspersed with stretching and pleasant exercises in the open air, at the first light of morning on the Brenta Dolomites.
9.00 a.m. Muscle awakening
Short, simple exercises to relax the body and, of course, the mind.

10.30 Maxi Cruciverbone team game
A tournament with the most popular puzzle game in the world; who will be the fastest team to complete the table?

Let's kick off the afternoon with some music. Send your favourite songs to the phone number you will find in the external area of Andalo Life and interact with the animation staff for a sparkling early afternoon.

Resuming the historical Mediaset format, an amusing competition of joke tellers where the protagonists will be you, for an afternoon of laughter and fun.
