Gastronomic week in the mountain huts: Mèlga Cianci, Stella Alpina Spiz Piaz and Baita Checco
From 19th to 26th July and from 23rd to 30th August, you are kindly invited at our refuges: Mèlga Cianci, Stella Alpina Spiz Piaz and Baita Checco. Come to savour the best flavours and colours of the Val di Fassa, while admiring the breathtaking view on the Dolomites UNESCO World Natural Heritage and their paths. The third edition of "Tastes and colours along the paths of the Val di Fassa" is a perfect occasion to tickle the palate while seated at a table admiring the natural beauties of the valley.
Walking up to the Mèlga Cianci (Contrin, above Alba di Canazei), where the chef Armando offers a sought but well-balanced menu. At the Ciampedìe area the chef Matthias and Dennis, of the refuge Baita Checco, will treat you palate mixing their passion for local products with the traditional cuisine. In the Gardeccia basin the chefs Mattia and Sergio, of the refuge Stella Alpina Spiz Piaz, will amaze you with an original and colourful menu. Of course, a worthy dining experience gets along with the good wine skilfully combined with each dish and exalting tastes.
