From milk to cheese, discovering the art of cheese-making at Agritur Agua Biencia in Pera
At Agritur Agua Biencia, reachable with an easy walk from Pozza, you’ll get the chance to witness the cheese-making: all the different stages within reach of the public. The demonstration, recommended for adults, takes place every Tuesday, starting at 10.30 a.m. Compulsory phone reservation (limited number of participants). Paid activity, the cost of € 10 includes a small final tasting. Explanation only in Italian language.
