The Psalms are very ancient prayers written by wise men who, contemplating every area and season of human life, were able to give voice to man's emotions and thoughts. Beyond any religious affiliation and beyond any anthropological-philosophical vision of spirituality, the words and notes of the music of the Psalms offer the possibility of resonating with the frequencies of creation.
The experience that you can have at the Parco del Respiro is open to all those who wish to try to immerse their thoughts, their emotions (and why not? Even their soul!) in the vibration of these "chosen words", helped by a wonderful natural context that favors personal meditation and inner gaze.
Suitable clothing for outdoor activities is recommended. Bring a bag with water to drink, a small blanket or a cushion to sit on the ground.
The activity in case of bad weather will be cancelled.
