Nordic Walking at Ciampedie
Easy high altitude hike from Ciampedie to Gardeccia with learning Nordic walking technique
Programme: kneipp under the Dolomite peaks. Every Monday, surrounded by the peaks of Catinaccio, you’ll be introduced to the technique of Nordic walking and mountain hiking. Our expert guide will show you how to use the walking sticks and will teach you the correct body posture, in order to make the all the muscles move and to create a harmonious balance between body and mind. Let's put the theory into practice with a simple and easy hike along the "Forest Trail" to Gardeccia (approx. 3 hours). Here, experience a hydrotherapy trail among the pebbles of the stream.
Meeting point: 9.30 a.m. by the top station of the cable car.
Registration: not required. The activity is organised by the mountain lift company Catinaccio and it is included in the Panorama Pass or in the lift ticket. In case of bad weather, the activity will be cancelled.
