Goats going to the mountain pastures
Holidays are about to begin for the goats of Val di Fiemme that will reach malga Agnelezza for the summer grazing opening party. A transhumance to the mountain pastures from Molina di Fiemme to Malga Agnelezza to spend the whole summer.
Lunch break at Baito di Ponte Stue. A tasteful weekend with the breeders to taste delicious goat’s cheeses.
PROGRAM
SATURDAY 23th JUNE
At 20:30 Sala Tisti, Molina di Fiemme: night on "L'intelligenza delle piante" (in Italian) by Stefano Delugan. Free entrance.
SUNDAY 24th JUNE
8:30-9:00, at Lido in Molina di Fiemme: meeting point. Have a cup of barley coffee and some apple cake before leaving with the flock of goats. During your walk to the malga, a tasty pre-lunch break with snacks made with mountain herbs
12:00-12:30, at Ponte Stue (Val Cadino): the shepherd’s lunch with polenta, sausages, cheese a drink and a coffee!
13:00-13:30: let’s go to Malga Agnelezza
14:00-14:30: guided visit to the cave "cava delle bore de la Perengola". Afterward, coffee and home-made sweet at “Baito de la Perengola"
At about 16:00: arrival at the malga.
At about 17:00: let’s milk the goats

Shepherd’s lunch: € 13.00
Barley coffee and cake + refreshments + shepherd’s lunch: € 18.00
