Programme: guided visit to the dairy museum, where tools, pictures and videos about the history of pasturing and cheese making will be shown. After visit to the dairy to observe the different cheese making processes. At the end local cheese tasting.
Timetables: on Wednesdays at 10.30 a.m. (1.30 hrs.).
Reservation required by the Ladin Museum within 7.00 p.m. on the previous day. Meeting point at the "Caseificio Sociale" (cheese dairy) in Pera di Fassa at 10.15 a.m.
Price: € 3,00; free for Val di Fassa Guest Card owners.
