ATTENTION: The opening of cultural and tourist sites, access to them, to public transport and to the services described in these pages is governed by the containment measures put in place by the government authorities and the Autonomous Province of Trento to deal with the COVID-19 health emergency. The rules may vary over time and provide for the application of different security measures — from closure, to social distancing, to the mandatory use of personal protective equipment such as gloves and masks. We therefore ask you to consult the section Travelling safely on this website and to contact the managers directly for updated information on how to gain access.
In 2016 she won the fifth edition of Masterchef Italia and in 2018 opened the food shop "Raflò" in Ravenna, together with her sisters, Claudia and Romina. "Raflò" focuses on the Romagna cuisine, including homemade pasta, and perhaps that’s what she will teach to do today, at PalaDolomites at 5.00 p.m. during the workshop dedicated to young future cooks, like she does with her daughter Emma. After her victory at Masterchef, Erica has given up with her former profession (the physiotherapist), written the book "A piccoli passi. La mia cucina stagionale", and started off a successful blog, where she publishes recipes and gives useful tips to cooking passionate readers. Limited places (max. 26 children), subject to availability and in order of arrival, according to the current security rules.
