I profumi della vigna e del vino
The experience begins with a nice walk in the vineyard to discover the 5 different grape varieties grown up. The visit continues in the cellar, welcomed by the aromas of the wine in fermentation, where Massimiliano and Luca will talk about the processes that the grapes receive, from vinification to bottling.
At the end, tasting of the white wines produced by the company and of local products (cold cuts and cheeses).
Upon request, and in season, a short vine pruning lesson can be requested.
Every Wednesday from 5 to 7 pm at the Cavic winery in S. Croce (Bleggio Superiore).
