Guided visit to the dairy
Guided visit to the Caseificio Sociale Val di Fassa - Mèlga de Fascia (dairy), separate section of the Ladin Museum
Programme: every Thursday guided visit to the dairy museum, where tools, pictures and videos about the history of pasturing and cheese making will be shown. After visit to the dairy to observe the different cheese making processes. At the end local cheese tasting.
Meeting point: at 9.45 a.m. at the Dairy of Pera di Fassa.
Ticket: 5,00 Euros for adults; 3,00 Euros for children (6-10 years old). Compolsory enrolment within 7.00 p.m. of the day before.
