Giro d'Italia 2021
Stage 17 from Canazei through the magnificent Val di Fiemme
Giro d'Italia: 90 years of "amore infinito" (never-ending love).
The pink jersey turns 90 this year and those willing to wear it have to climb once again the mountains of Trentino.
Stage 17 starts from Canazei, in Val di Fassa, at 12.00 pm and passes through the magnificent Val di Fiemme, finishing in Sega di Ala.
This mountain stage is really hard: 193 kms with an elevation gain of 3400 m. A stage with an extremely challenging final part. After a long descent from Canazei to Mori, in the last 50 kms riders will face two long and tough climbs, one in Passo San Valentino and one in Sega di Ala.
As always, the Giro d’Italia is appreciated by adults and children: it will be an honor watching these great athletes riding through Val di Fiemme!
