From alpine milk to cheese
The experience of processing milk at Malga Boer is something that you will never forget, both for kids and adults.
Every Wednesday at Malga Boer, reachable by car from Moena, the cheesemaker is waiting for you to let you discover all the secrets of a good alpine cheese, exploring the different stages of cheese processing.
This is a paied activity, with a duration of about 2 hours, including a small final tasting. Cost: adults 5,00 € - children (from 5 to 14 years old) 3,00 €. Telephone reservations are required. Minimum number of participants: 5, maximum 30.
Meeting at 10.00 a.m. in the square in front of the mountain hut (direction Moena > Passo San Pellegrino > Malga Boer/Rifugio Flora Alpina - junction on the left 200 m after the valley station of the Col Margherita cableway).
