Senior Chef Bruno will accompany you to the mountain fields, where you can learn to recognize the parts of the plant and how to harvest them in the proper way, so that the root can produce a new plant in the future: only the tender leaves, buds or flowers of the dandelion can be selectively harvested and the root can be used for medicinal purposes.
