Summer in Val di Fiemme is the perfect time to discover flavors and places of this valley’s traditions. Together, let’s have a Fiemme Gourmet Trekking, surrounded by the Dolomites UNESCO nature.
In Val di Fiemme, fresh air and high altitudes certainly do work up the appetite! These unique hiking experiences will take place reaching the mountains’ tops by cableway, then, while hiking down, participants will independently reach the restaurants and huts. At every stop, you can taste a gourmet dish, prepared by the restaurants’ owners of Fiemme. At the first one you can enjoy an appetizer, at the second a first course, and so on. Fiemme Gourmet Trekking promises to combine unique natural landscapes with high-quality mountain cuisine, with wine by Cembrani DOC and water by Cedea.
The first event is at Alpe Pampeago on June 25, in the mountain huts Rifugio Monte Agnello, Chalet Caserina, Zischgalm and Ganischgeralm.
In September it will be the turn of Alpe Cermis and in October that of Val di Cembra with the Wine Trekking Gourmet.
