Gastronomic week dedicated to the dairy protagonists of Val di Fassa
From 27th August to 3rd September, it’s time to celebrate! Let’s meet in Val di Fassa, during a week dedicated to milk and cheese, to get to know in an amusing way the proceding to produce the dairy protagonists of the valley. Dedicated menus, appetizers, guided visits to the cheese factories, tastings and workshops for adults and children.
Original proposals and small menus honour the symbolic cheese of Val di Fassa. At the table, you will be welcomed by a taste of Cher de Fascia (Cuor di Fassa), whose unique perfume and aroma will be find again then, in traditional Ladin recipes and appetizing reinterpretations.
