Summer 2016 third edition of Fassa Fuori Menù; five appointments of deliciousness
From July 2nd to September 11th, the third edition of the innovative gastronomic festival "Fassa Fuori Menù" will take place in Val di Fassa. A dozen of local chefs take the challenge performing their best cooking shows in squares, meadows and theatres.
"Fassa Fuori Menù" programme:
2nd July, at 4.30 p.m. in the square in Pozza di Fassa (Piaza de Comun)
Inauguration cooking show with fine tastings prepared by our chefs and a glass of Trentodoc sparkling wine. Against payment (10 € for 4 food tastings + 4 € for a glass of Trentodoc; 20 € for all the tastings + 4 € for a glass of Trentodoc sparkling wine).
7th July, at 10.00 a.m. in Soraga - EVENT CANCELLED
"Picnic Gourmet" welcome toast with Trentodoc sparkling wine and finger food by "La Gran Ciasa" in Soraga; walking along a naturalistic path led by local experts and final break at "Palua", over the village. Enrollment required by 6.00 p.m. of the previous day by the tourist office; participation 30 € adults, 10 € under 12 years old, including a nice gadget by Val di Fassa).
17th July 12.00-3.00 p.m. in Ischia-Campitello
Special participation of the chefs of Fassa Fuori Menù with show cooking at the artisanal Beer Festival "La Bira te Fascia".
6th September, at 4.30 p.m. in the main square in Campitello (Piaz de Ciampedel)
"Marendel a Ciampedel" cooking show. Fine tastings prepared by our chefs. Against payment (10 € for 4 food tastings + 4 € for a glass of Trentodoc; 20 € for all the tastings + 4 € for a glass of Trentodoc sparkling wine).
8th September from, at 10.00 a.m., by the tourist office in Vigo di Fassa
"Trekking Gourmet". Guided hiking tour around the village along the meadows with some greedy stops along the route. Reservation required by 6.00 p.m. of 7th September at the Tourist Office of Vigo; participation 25 € adults, 10 € under 12 years old, including a nice gadget by Val di Fassa).
8th-10th July and 9th-11th September
Fassa Fuori Menù "a cèsa noscia" week-ends.
