Extraordinary opening of the Museo Ladin de Fascia
An itinerary through the history, culture and traditions of the Ladins of Val di Fassa, from prehistory to nowaday
As part of the "Vaia, il valore della rinascita" initiative, organized by the Tourist Boards of Val di Fassa and Val di Fiemme from 28th to 31st October, Saturday 30th October it is possible to visit the Museo Ladin de Fascia, usually closed at this time of the year. It will be a journey into the fascinating world of the Ladins, from the testimonies of the past to the signs of culture, art and the everyday life of nowaday, to discover more about the community that has been populating the Dolomite valleys for centuries.
Hours: from 10.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
Fee: € 3.00 (instead of € 5.00).
For the occasion, the museum also hosts the exhibition "Through Vaia": the shots by middle and high school pupils from the valley tell the effects of the Vaia storm on the Fassa area.
