23 September 2023 – Beseno Castle, Besenello
Through the yoga lesson held by yoga teacher Maria Grazia Passerini we are transported to another historical time and enter the park of Beseno Castle, a medieval stronghold that still today dominates the northern part of Vallagarina, offering a beautiful panorama in a context of great historical significance.
Precisely within the high walls erected to protect the courtiers from external dangers, through yoga one can deepen one’s inner knowledge and body movements.
At the end of the lesson, we will walk inside the castle to understand how people lived in that historical time, with an in-depth tour of the entire structure.

- Time: from 10 am to 1 pm, including yoga lesson and visit to the castle

7 October 2023 – Eccheli Baisi Palace, Brentonico
Inside the Eccheli Baisi Palace you will find the stillness you need to focus on your breath and your body, trying out the movements of teacher Maria Grazia Passerini.
After the lesson inside Brentonico’s iconic building, we move from room to room, discovering them all and focusing on the peculiarities inside: the House of the Monte Baldo Local Nature Park, the Fossil Museum, and the Brentonico Botanical Garden.
