Artistic workshop for families in the square in front of the Tourist Office in Vigo

On Fat Thursday, February 20th, from 4.30 p.m. in the square in front of the Tourist Office in Vigo, a video explaining about the masks and the local traditions related to Carnival, by the Ladin Museum. Afterwards, inside the former Town Council meeting room on the second floor of the Town Hall, the children can take part in the workshop to make their own mask ("facera") with one of the main characters of the Ladin Carnival: the "Bufon", with his irreverent nose and a huge red pendant on the edge and an unmistakable pointed hat, adorned with flowers and a long bundle of ribbons. Enrolment by the Tourist Office in Vigo, activity against payment (€ 3,00), to be paid directly to the organizers.
