The brass band from Tesero was founded in 1817 by maestro Fabrizio Zanon and it is one of the most ancient and numerous bands in Trentino, with its 65-70 musicians. Every year new young musicians enter the group, after taking part in the lessons organised by the band itself. The repertoire goes from original brass band tracks, to film soundtracks, to Opera and symphonic pieces. The band, in 2012, took part in a concert of the famous Sounds of the Dolomites festival, accompanying the brass quintet of the Opera from Milan. The concert takes place by the event pavillion at Ischia, in the nearest of the valley station of the cable car Col Rodella.
