Chefs in the air
Gourmet dinner in the cable car, from Alba di Canazei to Col dei Rossi, with appreciated local chefs
In Val di Fassa summer is announced by the second edition of "Chef per aria" (Chefs in the air), an insolit panoramic gourmet dinner on board of the Funifor, the lift of the Canazei-Belvedere resort that was inaugurated in the winter 2015-2016 and that goes from Alba (1,495 mt) up to Col dei Rossi (2,376 mt). The soirée, scheduled for Saturday, June 15th begins from the valley station, were the guests are welcome with some delicious finger-food aperitifs and a glass of Trentodoc mountain sparkling wine. Then it’s time to take a seat at the table, set up directly in the cabin, as the night falls on the Dolomites. While the cable car goes up and then down again, the guests can taste fine dishes prepared by the cooks of the valley, gathered in the association "Cheghes de Fascia". The dinner will be spaced out by a music break at the top station by the vocal quartet "Demò ousc" and by a cultural follow-up by the local section of the CAI-SAT. The appointment will end on the notes of the pianist Paolo Bernard.
Limited availability, maximum 18 persons per cabin, for each of the two rounds (at 7.00 and at 8.30 p.m.). Price € 100,00 per person, all the proceeds will be given to charity to local associations.
