Gourmet dinner in the cable car, from Alba di Canazei to Col dei Rossi, with appreciated local chefs
A brand new event inaugurates the autumn in Val di Fassa: it is "Chef per aria" (Chefs in the air), an insolit panoramic gourmet dinner on board of the Funifor, the lift of the Canazei-Belvedere resort that was inaugurated in the winter 2015-2016 and that goes from Alba (1,495 mt) up to Col dei Rossi (2,376 mt). The soirée, scheduled for Sunday, September 16, begins from the valley station, were guests are welcomed by an aperitif. Then it’s time to take a seat at the table, set up directly in the cabin, as night falls on the Dolomites. While the cable car goes up and then down again, the guests can taste the starter and the second course, prepared by the cooks of the valley, gathered in the association "Cheghes de Fascia". The dinner will be spaced out by a music break at the top station by the Ladin singer Martina Iori and by a cultural follow-up. The dessert will be served by the bottom station, with entertainment by the "Sons of Light Choir".
Limited availability, maximum 18 persons per cabin, for each of the two rounds (at 7.00 and at 8.00 p.m.). Price € 80,00 per person, all the proceeds will be given to charity to local associations (Anffas Trentino Onlus and Croce Rossa Italiana - Comitato locale Val di Fassa).
Reservation required by the cash desks of the Belvedere lifts in Canazei. It is advised to appropriate clothes, according to the temperature of the period.
