This charming and traditional Mtb competition features a thousand of riders battling it out through the Alps in stages: a formula reminding of the Giro d’Italia or Tour de France.
The 2021 edition will take place from 05 to 11 July 2021
For the second time in its history, the Transalp will debut in Valle del Chiese, with the 6th stage arriving on Friday 09 July at Roncone Lake. The following day the riders will start at Lago di Roncone for the last stage towards the Trentino Garda. Mountain bikers will practically cycle through most of Valle del Chiese, providing interesting feedbacks in terms of promotion.
In particular, this tourist resort located between the Lake Idro and the Brenta Dolomites, will be able to show off at international level its ten brand new trails dedicated to Mtb.
The BIKE Transalp features an average of 1,000 participants from about 40 nations competing on a 500km-long track, with over 18,000 meters of height difference, in seven stages.
There are 5 categories racing: women, men, Mixed, Masters and Grand Masters.
