Getting up early when the sun is still below the horizon, meeting the people in the farmhouse and helping out with milking, listening to their stories and tales, tasting milk straight from the cow and seeing how a round of Casolèt or local cheese is made. Or, why not, tasting the curds, seeing cream being churned into butter, walking up to the meadow, spotting the new shoots of wild herbs and starting your day with the cows and goats. Not bad, eh?
