FRIDAY, August 21st:

at 14.00: let's meet at Info Office ApT in Andalo and start our walk to Malga Spora with an Alpine Guide 
at 19.30: arrival and dinner 

Evening under the stars and let's hit the hay!


SATURDAY, August 22nd:

at 6.15 :  let's wake up and have a good coffee to start our day!
at 7.00 :  let's go and bring back cows to the hut
at 7.30 :  while we milk cows, we start preparing all we need to produce butter 
at 8.15 :  Are you hungry? Don't worry, breakfast's ready! Healthy and tasty products are waiting for us, among which the cheese produced with the milk of the cows we just met!
at 9.00 :  To digest our breakfast, let's bring cows back to pasture
at 10.00 : Paolo and his two nephews will now explain us how they produce cheese

at 11.00 : let's have a walk in the surroundings of the hut, enjoying the incomparable view from there!

at 12.30 : Mrs Cesira's polenta is ready! Let's taste this Trentino specialty to conclude this incredible experience!

Price:  € 55,00 per person

The price includes:  
- excursion with Alpine Guide
- cheese production activities
- Friday dinner
- overnight stay at the hut
- Saturday breakfast and lunch


What to have with you:
hiking boots and clothing
